Made for how Indian businesses really work
Not a complicated project tool. A simple daily-work app your shop-floor, godown and office staff will actually use.
Built for staff phones
Big buttons, few screens, works on low-cost Android phones and weak signal. No app-store install — it opens like an app from the home screen.
WhatsApp first
Your team already lives on WhatsApp. FlowMitra sends every alert there, from your own business number.
Proof, not promises
Every step needs a photo. Arguments about "I did it" end on the first day.
Scores staff accept
Clear points, working time only, leave and holidays excluded, and the owner's own changes never count against staff.
Hindi & English help
The built-in assistant answers "how do I…" in the language your staff speak, with the right screen.
Owner-built
Designed and used daily by the owner of a 30-year trading business — not by people who have never run a godown.

Common questions
Do my staff need smartphones?
Yes — any Android phone with Chrome is enough. FlowMitra is installed from the browser to the home screen; no app store needed.
Do we need special WhatsApp?
You need a WhatsApp sender account from a provider such as BotMaster, which you pay directly. We connect it during setup. Email alerts through your Gmail are also available.
Can you set it up for our process?
Yes. Setup includes up to 3 flows built from your current process or Google Sheet, your staff list, and training for owner and staff.
What happens to our data?
Each company has its own separate copy and database. You can download your data to Excel at any time. Photos of finished work are deleted after the period you choose (default 90 days); scores stay.
Can we try it first?
Yes — we show you a live demo on a sample company, and can give you a demo login to explore.
