FlowMitra was built by business owners, for business owners — to stop chasing staff and start seeing the work.
Our story
We are a small team of business owners. Like most growing businesses, we ran on phone calls, WhatsApp groups and a Google Sheet that slowly stopped being filled. Orders were late, nobody was sure who had done what, and the owner became the reminder system.
So we built our own system: every job broken into steps, every step with a person, a time limit and a photo, and a fair score at the end of the month. Our purchase, godown, dispatch and accounts teams use it every day.
Other owners saw it working and asked for it. That is how FlowMitra became a product.
FlowMitra is that system, made ready for other businesses. Mitra means friend — a friend that keeps your work moving.

Founder
Mohit Anand is a business owner who built FlowMitra to solve his own daily problem: knowing that every task is done, on time, with proof. He still looks after every new customer personally.
